Em julho, o indicador estava em R$ 9,289 trilhรตes. O avanรงo ocorreu mesmo com o Tesouro resgatando R$ 84,43 bilhรตes em tรญtulos a mais do que emitiu. Isso porque a incorporaรงรฃo de R$ 88,39 bilhรตes em juros mais que compensou o efeito dos resgates e manteve o estoque da dรญvida em alta. Jรก a Dรญvida Pรบblica Federal externa (DPFe) avanรงou 2,41%, para R$ 348,26 bilhรตes, dos quais: R$ 299,70 bilhรตes correspondem ร dรญvida mobiliรกria; R$ 48,56 bilhรตes sรฃo relativos ร dรญvida contratual (como financiamentos estrangeiros). Selic ganha espaรงo Um dos destaques do relatรณrio foi o aumento da participaรงรฃo dos tรญtulos vinculados ร taxa Selic. A parcela desses papรฉis passou de 51,11% em julho para 52,74% em agosto, o maior nรญvel da sรฉrie histรณrica, segundo o Tesouro. A composiรงรฃo da dรญvida ficou da seguinte forma: 52,74% em tรญtulos de taxa flutuante (Selic); 23,22% em tรญtulos indexados ร inflaรงรฃo; 20,31% em tรญtulos prefixados; 3,74% em tรญtulos cambiais. O Plano Anual de Financiamento (PAF) de 2026 prevรช participaรงรฃo entre 49% e 53% para os tรญtulos atrelados ร Taxa Selic. A estimativa foi revista para cima no mรชs passado. Prazo aumenta O prazo mรฉdio da dรญvida tambรฉm apresentou melhora em agosto. O indicador passou de 4,05 anos para 4,10 anos. Ao mesmo tempo, a parcela da dรญvida com vencimento em atรฉ 12 meses caiu de 18,91% para 16,39%. O custo mรฉdio acumulado em 12 meses passou de 12,45% ao ano, em julho, para 12,59% ao ano, em agosto. Reserva recua A reserva de liquidez do Tesouro Nacional, conhecida como colchรฃo da dรญvida, caiu 11,89% em termos nominais durante agosto. O volume passou de R$ 1,37 trilhรฃo em julho para R$ 1,208 trilhรฃo no mรชs seguinte. Apesar da reduรงรฃo, o Tesouro informou que o nรญvel atual รฉ suficiente para cobrir aproximadamente 7,18 meses dos vencimentos da dรญvida. Em valores nominais, o estoque de tรญtulos em poder de investidores nรฃo residentes no paรญs subiu de R$ 879,07 bilhรตes para R$ 886,3 bilhรตes. As instituiรงรตes financeiras continuam como os principais detentores dos tรญtulos, com 31,22% do estoque.
