No exterior, o dólar também perdeu força, enquanto as bolsas de Nova York avançaram e o petróleo fechou praticamente estável. Apesar da queda, o indicador permaneceu acima dos 200 mil pontos. Em outubro, após quatro pregões, o Ibovespa acumula alta de 10,46%. No ano, o avanço chega a 27,75%. A queda foi interpretada como um movimento de realização de lucros depois da alta provocada pelo resultado eleitoral. Na segunda-feira, o índice havia registrado a maior valorização diária em anos e renovado máximas históricas. Petróleo sobe pouco O petróleo fechou a terça-feira praticamente estável, com os investidores equilibrando preocupações geopolíticas no Oriente Médio e sinais de maior oferta da commodity. O barril do tipo Brent, referência para as negociações internacionais, subiu 0,26% e terminou a sessão a US$ 100,58. O barril WTI, do Texas, avançou 0,01%, para US$ 89,44. O mercado acompanhou as tensões envolvendo os houthis, no Iêmen, e a Arábia Saudita, além das condições de transporte de petróleo pelo Estreito de Ormuz. Ao mesmo tempo, sinais de resiliência da oferta limitaram a alta.
