"A identificação e a indenização também precisa comunicar pra instituição e para outras instituições que esse tipo de prática tem custo. Então, nesse caso, o racismo institucional na produção do dano, uma exigência que não tava escrita, que foi aplicada seletivamente dentro da rotina de um processo seletivo, e o racismo nas práticas cotidianas do dia a dia. E a importância do antirracismo nas burocracias e nas instituições". Na época, a Uerj reconheceu o erro dos fiscais, que foram afastados. A prova foi anulada e aplicada dois meses depois. Em nota enviada nesta sexta-feira (18), a universidade reiterou que prestou acolhimento às vítimas e adotou outras práticas condizentes com a sua história de combate a todo tipo de preconceito.
